Steganos II Security Suite
The second major release of Steganos is packed with so many new additions and enhancements to existing features that DEMCOM, the developers of Steganos, had to change the name to Steganos II Security Suite. New features in Steganos II include Steganos Safe, a virtual drive with automatic file encryption for its contents; Steganos SysLock, a password protection feature that easily locks your computer while you're away from it); Zero Emission Pad, a text editor with the ability to defuse potentially compromizing electronic rays; and TrustLink 3D, a VRML-based visualization of your Steganos TrustLinks.
Steganos II also offers enhanced Windows shell integration (access every important Steganos II function via the Explorer's context menu), search improvements for finding carrier files more easily (with new options for creating graphics and sounds just in time), multifile and multifolder encryption and shredding support, and an improved interface for the Steganos Explorer. The best news is that all of these new features and enhancements come without an increase in price; Steganos II remains available for the same $59.95 price as the initial release of the client.
