BlackICE PC Protection is the entry-level solution in Internet Security Systems' (formerly Network ICE) BlackICE line of products and is best suited for home and small office network environments. We recommend PC Protection for most users, but if you work in a corporate environment you should also consider the Server Protection edition that integrates with the ICEcap Management console to offer a comprehensive Intrusion Defense Network.

BlackICE does not require any changes to be made to your networking protocols or your current networking software.
