The first standout is called Tweak UI. Tweak UI allows you to adjust your Windows 95/NT user interface in a myriad of ways. Using Tweak UI you can control everything from menu speed to windows animation to shortcut attributes. Tweak UI goes beyond the standard control panel programs and allows you to make advanced changes to your computer. Because of this, Tweak UI is only recommended for intermediate to advanced users.
The second valuable tool is an app called Desktop Menu. This tool creates a small desktop icon on the taskbar that allows for quick access to any item on your desktop. You can also use Desktop Menu to automatically minimize all open windows in order to get to your desktop.
