The Ultimate Net Suite?
The five core applications that make up the Communicator suite are the Navigator Web browser (v4.x); Messenger, an efficient e-mail client; Newsgroups, a discussion groups/Usenet news reader based on Collabra technology; Composer, an inline Web editor that supersedes Navigator Gold; and Conference, an impressive real-time audio conferencing tool that counters Microsoft NetMeeting and supplants the CoolTalk client featured in Netscape 3.x.
New features in the Communicator suite include support for multiple users via a user profile manager tool as well as a new floating toolbar similar to the one included with Microsoft Office. The toolbar allows you to quickly switch between each of the applications and can also be docked in the lower right-hand section of each application for quick access.
