Welcome to WebWhacker 2000
The latest release of WebWhacker, known as WebWhacker 2000, delivers a ton of new features to an app that was becoming at risk of going the way of the buffalo (i.e. obsolete and extinct) without further updates. The first major upgrade in more than two years adds a completely redesigned file-based interface that allows you to bypass the proprietary database used in earlier releases.
Major additions to the core feature-set in WebWhacker 2000 include automatic scheduling capabilities, an integrated Web browser (Internet Explorer), improved support for newer Web technologies (support for JavaScript, VBScript, Java, and ActiveX Controls), site structure preview, one-button whacking, a built-in search feature, an import bookmarks feature, improved filtering, and Proxy server support (CERN, Authenticated CERN, SOCKS 4, and SOCKS 5 support).
