While I-View is designed for offline HTML browsing only, I-Comm extends the utility factor tenfold by giving users without a SLIP/PPP connection access to the most popular area of the Internet.
Overall, I-Comm has been a godsend client for many of the previously forgotten netizens, but with non-SLIP/PPP connections largely a thing of the past, I-Comm's value has diminished considerably.
