Over the past year or so, Microsoft has started releasing a variety of security patches for its operating systems, Internet Explorer Web browser, Outlook Express newsreader and mail client, and Office applications. As a service to our users, we will be reporting on the various vulnerability patches for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express as they become available.
Most of these security patches will at some point be packaged as part of a future Service Pack for Microsoft Outlook and/or Outlook Express, but for now, the best way to keep your version of Outlook up to date with the latest security patches is to monitor this page. The rest of this review will cover each of the vulnerability patches and will be revised each time a new patch is released.
