Several new features make their debut in the latest release of WinWeather, WinWeather 4.0. These include specialized earthquake reports, hurricane advisories, tornado warnings, and severe weather statements. There's also a new weather ticker that occupies only a tiny fraction of the available screen real estate.
Users can also now set up WinWeather to work from the Windows traybar as well. The information provided by WinWeather is, without a doubt, essential for many users, but there are one or two negative aspects that keep WinWeather from being even better.
