Despite a well-rounded feature set and the unique FTPSearch feature, a number of advanced features found in other FTP clients are absent in FTPSearch. The most glaring omission is the lack of usability features like one-click saving of remote and local directories so that you don't have to type them in manually.
LeechFTP also lacks a pre-configured listing of public FTP sites, a configurable toolbar, site filtering options, server to server transfers, macro capabilities, intra-site bookmarks (for jumping between directories), and file synchronization capabilities.
