Managing more than one account has never been easier thanks to features like secure multi-user operation with password control, multiple mailboxes (for sorting incoming and outgoing mail), mail filters, auto-response capabilities, and all-around excellent usability. Another area that helps set Calypso apart from the competition is its efficient address book system which includes features like auto-add capabilities; Favorites listings; and group, print, import, and export options.
In addition to the above Address Book capabilities, Calypso offers two additional unique options -- Bulk Mail and Mail Templates. Bulk Mail allows you to easily send the same message to a group of people at the same time. There's also a proprietary Blind Send option that you can use with the Bulk Mail feature to send bulk messages to people while maintaining the confidentiality of the individuals on the mailing list. The Mail Template option assists you when sending out routine mailings by utilizing user-configurable templates.
