The Open Frame in New Windows tool adds functionality in IE 4.0 that has long been available from Netscape. This power toy allows you to right-click on a framed window and send it to another browser window without the sidebars, advertisements, and other frames. This in turn gives you the ability to see much more of the document than previously possible.
Additional IE Power Toys include an Image Toggler (turn off images for faster downloads or easily turn them back on again using a 'Toggle Images' icon in the Links bar), a Zoom In/Zoom Out tool (lets you zoom in and/or zoom out of an image on a Web page), a Text Highlighter (allows you to highlight text in a document like you would in Word or Excel), and a Links List app (provides you with a new window that lists every link on a Web page).
