Visual IRC (ViRC) is an intriguing Internet Relay Chat client rich in both features and ease of use. Despite discontinued development in late 1997, ViRC remains a popular and enticing choice for IRC use, and has even managed to continue its hold on second place in popularity behind only mIRC.
