With its multi-tabbed "smart" interface, CuteZIP offers you the ability to open and work with multiple archives at the same time, even if they are of different formats. Decompression formats currently supported by CuteZIP include ZIP, CAB, SFX, GZip, Tar, PAK, Pk3, ARJ, and Rar. Look for additional archive formats to be added as the client nears official release.
Additional features in CuteZIP include extensive right-click shell integration capabilities, CAB compression using LZX:21, CAB to SFX (self-extracting archive) support, four levels of compression for adjusting between speed and efficiency, volume encrypting for encrypting large files across diskettes or ZIP drives, extensive configuration options, and a file compression history that remembers the last four opened archives for quick access.
The right-click shell integration capabilities make it possible to add files to existing or new archives, encrypt files, extract archives, or convert archives to a new format. Configuration settings allow you to choose which options will be presented on the right-click menus.
