Internet Explorer Personalizer 1.02 Internet Explorer - Have It Your Way Jim Fox
Have you ever felt like modifying your Internet Explorer interface to reflect your own personal tastes? Or did you download one of those versions of Internet Explorer that has already been modified by a third party and wish you could strip all their customization out of the IE interface? If so, Jefferson San Juan of Accesscodes, ID. has the utility just for you.
Internet Explorer Personalizer is a freeware program that allows the user to customize the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser interface. With it you can change the browser's window title, the logo that appears on the upper right hand corner of the menu bar, the background of the toolbar, the page of the search button and its server identification. Internet Explorer Personalizer can also remove previous customizations. It also can restore theMicrosoft's default settings.
There is very little documentation furnished with the program, but then you really don't need much. The entire program consists of one screen with five sections that change various features of Internet Explorer. The five sections are:
Name - This feature will change the window title of the IE browser.
Logo - This feature will change the logo in the upper right hand corner of the IE screen. The logo must be a Windows Bitmap. Two sizes are supported. The small logo must be a 22x22 pixels BMP. The large logo must be a 38x38 pixels BMP.
Toolbar Wallpaper - This feature will change the background of the toolbar in the IE browser. Once again, the selected background must be a Windows Bitmap but here the size does not matter.
Search - This feature will change the URL of the page called up when clicking on the search button.
Server Identification - This feature will change the browser's server identification or the so-called UserAgent.
