Hardware Requirements
Standard PC with Intel Pentium or compatible processor (Pentium II or compatible recommended)
Minimum 64MB memory (96MB recommended)
3MB disk space for basic install
At least 500MB free disk space recommended for each guest operating system and applications
Multiprocessor systems supported Windows NT Host OS
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or higher
NOTE: As of this writing, VMware Virtual Platform beta is only available for Linux as a host OS, but the beta version of VMware Virtual Platform for Windows NT is scheduled to be out in mid-May.
