FMS Total Access Developer Suite Introduction Karl Moore
If you're like me, I could summarize your key attributes into a relatively short list; amazingly rich, dashingly handsome, and universally admired. Yes, that's an apt description. You probably like saving time, too.
One of the reasons I enjoy development work so much is that one simple factor. OK, so that wizzy database I create puts a dozen people out of work -- but who wants to be slogging over a computer screen all day? And heck, I need some kind of job satisfaction. But the investment made today will pay off long-term.
This in-built timesaving passion (a.k.a. laziness) led me to the product I'm reviewing here -- the Total Access Developer Suite for Microsoft Access 97. Aimed at making the life of any Access developer a breeze, the suite hosts the following five add-ins:
* Analyzer - for database documentation, cross-reference and analysis * CodeTools - write faster and cleaner module code * Components - ActiveX/OCX Controls for forms and reports * Detective - detect differences between objects and databases * SourceBook - source code library
