Symantec Norton Utilities 3.0 If It Ain't Broke, Enhance It Michael Hayman
As mentioned before, the "old" utilities have been updated as well. A few examples:
Norton Disk Doctor The good doctor now repairs more problems then ever before, and does a better job at it as well. He can now also work with very large partitions/disk drives.
Norton Speed Disk Does its name credit once again -- due to another optimization algorithm, your defragmentation runs faster than ever before.
Norton System Doctor Earlier versions used plenty of resources and memory, but this has been addressed in the new version. Now also scans/repairs viruses.
Norton Protection You can now not only undelete data from Windows and the DOS prompt, but also overwritten files (to a certain degree). Works in conjunction with the Undelete Wizard.
System Information Apart from being more accurate, it also provides a multimedia benchmark to compare your machine with the current standards in this regard.
