The formats include text, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, database, compressed files, HTML and UUE.
Copying and Pasting
In addition to viewing a file, the program allows you to copy a portion or the entire file and paste the copied portion or file into an application. You can create ne ZIP files or add viewed files to already existing ZIP archives (read by PKZIP, WinZip, and Zip Magic).
Compressions and AutoZip
I know that I always encounter problems with the size of outgoing or incoming email attachments. Quick View Plus automatically compresses attached files when sent or saved in Microsoft Exchnage, Outlook, and Lotus Notes clients The program also allows you to specify the minimum size of attachments to be automatically compressed.
Using Find to Search
Quick View Plus' toolbar has a Find command that utilizes a very fast and powerful search function in any viewed files containing the formats that the program includes. When text matches are found, they are automatically highlighted.
Zooming and Rotating
By zooming in and out on viewed files, you can enlarge or reduce the font in various formats supported by Quick View Plus. Where bitmap, drawing or presentation files are involved, you can enlarge or reduce the entire viewed file. Additionally, rotation of bitmap files can be done in 90 degree increments.
