Intuit Adds Contact and Client Managers for QuickBooks Users Helping Small Businesses Deliver Good Customer Service Eric Grevstad
Tue 9/2/03 -- Small business operators, especially accountants who use Intuit's popular QuickBooks, can get a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that's right for them with new QuickBooks Customer Manager ($80) and the accountant-specific QuickBooks Client Manager ($249). The programs offer a single-screen dashboard with one-click access to critical details about customers or resources for ongoing projects.
Installing and setting up in about half an hour, QuickBooks Customer Manager organizes contact information, QuickBooks invoices and sales orders, appointments, notes, and more, with automatic data synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as QuickBooks. QuickBooks Client Manager also integrates with Intuit's ProSeries and Lacerte tax preparation products.
