Canada Tops Net Usage Highest Per Capita Usage in Canada, Sweden and Finland Byron Alley
According to the Computer Industry Almanac, while the US has the greatest total number of online users, three countries are higher in terms of per capita usage. Canada, Sweden and Finland top the charts, followed by the US.
The Internet Industry Almanac projects that the U.S will have over 165M Internet users or 27% of the total 601M worldwide Internet users in year 2002. The U.S. is forecasted to grow to 592 Internet users per 1,000 people in 2002.
